What We Offer
Therapy
We offer counseling for adults navigating depression, trauma, grief, substance use, military experience, and other behavioral health concerns. We also offer treatment for suicidal ideation or suicide-centered issues (ideation, attempt or grief).
Our approach is to treat the entire person, which integrates mental, emotional, and behavioral strategies for healing. We help clients identify strengths, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Consultation
Our goal is to ensure every person receiving mental health services receives informed, compassionate, and high-quality care—supported by programs dedicated to best practices, staff competency, and job satisfaction.
We offer program development, staff development and training, quality assurance, and EMR development. We review and assess current protocols, or develop standard operating procedures for clinical programs.
Speaking and Advocacy
We believe that knowledge, shared with humility and genuineness, inspires awareness, connection, and healing .
Each presentation is designed to help individuals and communities better understand mental health issues, reduce barriers to getting help, reduce stigma, and be armed with the tools that promote mental and physical wellness.
We use several platforms as opportunities to meet these goals such as in-house trainings, presentations at conferences, community gatherings, individual consultation, social media, and engagement with policy makers.
Nothing is more important than the value of a life. HAS Wellness Consultants is committed to advancing education, awareness, and best practices in suicide prevention. Learn how to recognize warning signs, provide effective support, assess risk, and promote healing in the aftermath of loss.

Therapy is a collaborative process designed to help you better understand yourself, manage challenges, and create meaningful change in your life.
In therapy, you’ll work with a licensed clinician in a safe, confidential, and supportive space. Together, you’ll explore the concerns or patterns that may be affecting your well-being—whether related to stress, relationships, trauma, substance use, or life transitions. Through guided discussion, skill-building, and evidence-based techniques, therapy helps you gain clarity, build resilience, and develop strategies for lasting wellness.
Each session is individualized to your needs. Some clients come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others benefit from ongoing therapy to maintain balance and emotional health. Our approach integrates compassion, clinical expertise, and practical tools that can be applied both in and outside of sessions.
Therapy is not about judgment—it’s about progress, understanding, and empowerment. Whether you’re seeking recovery, personal growth, or greater peace of mind, we are here to help you take the next step toward wellness.
