HAS Wellness Consultants was founded by Elisha Logan LPC, LADC, in 2025.

Elisha is a seasoned clinician with over 28 years of experience treating substance use and mental health disorders across all levels of care. She helps individuals and families navigate their personal mental health and substance abuse issues with dignity and purpose. Her counseling services are grounded in empathy, kindness, and best practice. Elisha is licensed to practice in Connecticut and Colorado.

For more than a decade, Elisha served the Navy and Marine Corps as a Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, gaining unique insight into the strengths and challenges faced by service members and their loved ones. This experience continues to drive her trauma-informed and culturally competent approach, particularly in supporting military and first responder communities.

Elisha offers compassionate counseling, thoughtful consultation, and dedicated advocacy for individuals, families, and communities navigating mental health challenges.

HAS Wellness Consultants strives to enhance the quality and consistency of behavioral health services by supporting providers and programs alike.

Drawing from extensive experience in clinical supervision, staff and program development, and quality assurance, Elisha brings a widely developed understanding of what it takes to sustain excellence in challenging environments.

Elisha is involved in the Connecticut Suicide Advisory Board, serving on the Armed Forces-Governor's Challenge Advisory Board and workgroup. She has presented on behalf of Suicide Prevention, Assessment and Intervention, as well as Veterans and First Responders, advocating to help others provide thoughtful, effective, and compassionate support.

Through tailored trainings, speaking engagements, and advocacy, HAS Wellness Consultants contributes to global and local wellness by fostering inclusion and increasing protective factors for all.
