Our Counseling:

The decision to go to counseling is not always an easy one. Sometimes it comes out of life forcing you to, or from a place of fear that things will never get better.

But they can, and they will. We can create meaning out of this time in your life when things are not as you want them to be.

I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals seeking support with emotional, psychological, and life challenges. This a safe, confidential space to explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and suicidal ideation.

I specialize in helping those who have military experiences, including their loved ones, substance use issues, depression, and Christian counseling.

Our work together is personalized to your needs and goals, with an emphasis on building coping skills, strengthening resilience, and fostering lasting emotional well-being. We work at your pace, honoring your experiences while helping you move toward clarity, stability, and hope.

I am available for teletherapy or in-person counseling, and take several insurances, as well as private pay.

If you prefer a clinical consultation to gather information and receive tailored recommendations before committing to therapy—to better understand a loved one, or to clarify next steps, I offer 30- and 60-minute consultations available on a private-pay basis. Information is power, and having clear, accurate information can make a meaningful difference. When confidentiality is a concern, this can be a helpful first step as well. When you understand what you are dealing with, it can ease concerns, build confidence, and help you make a decision that feels right for you.
